Evan Kadish, DVM

Dr. Kadish has been practicing veterinary medicine for more than 15 years, and bought Lantana-Atlantis Animal Hospital from Dr. Saxe in January 2009. He and his lovely wife, Rozanne, have two children, Talya and Fallyn. They also have 2 dachshunds, Rumpy and Lala, a german shepherd, Tundy, and a tropical fish habitat.

 

Nancy J. Saxe, DVM

Dr. Nancy Saxe had been in Florida since graduating from Veterinary School in 1976. She and her husband, George, thrive on fishing and own a house and boat in the Keys. Dr. Saxe is an avid runner and has run several marathons, half marathons, and runs each year in the 7 mile bridge run in the Keys. She was a torch runner for the Olympics in Salt Lake City in 2001.
Dr. Saxe also enjoys playing raquetball and working out. She has a Rottweiller named Roxie, a cat named Katz, and 2 parrots, Beau and Woody.
She is also a very avid Ohio State Buckeye fan!!
as well as a fan of the Marlins, Dolphins, Heat and Panthers.

 

Kirsten Love, DVM

Dr. Love graduated from veterinary school at the University of Minnesota in 2003. She practiced at a 24 hour referral/emergency hospital in Toledo for 3 years and then moved to practice in Columbus for another 2 years. Her husband got a great job offer in Florida and they moved down at the begining of 2008 to work with the wonderful Florida pets and people. She works with many species - including fish, reptiles, birds, rabbits, and ferrets! She also offers acupuncture therapy for all types of animals.
At home, Dr Love has 3 tarantulas, 1 red tailed boa,1 dog and 3 cats. The tarantulas and snake have spent time as demo critters- if you are interested in having Dr. Love talk about animals, please contact her.

 

Mary Matthews, CVT

Mary has been a technician with the LAAH since we opened in 1988. She loves it here. She and her husband Cedric have one teenage daughter, Kelly. She also has 2 dogs, Rex and Tank. She has two cats named Dixie and FuzzWuz. Her family enjoys NASCAR and bass fishing.

 

Joni Goodine, Technician

Joni has been with us since 2000. She is owned by 6 cats (Banshee, Tripper, Moto-Munchkin, Sassie, Gandalf, and the kitten Rowdie); 2 Hairless rats named after the hurricanes (Ike and Hannah); and 2 Diamond Doves awaiting names. In her spare time, she is an avid eBay user, works on her marksmanship skills, and spends time with her 2 grandbabies and 1 great-grandbaby.

 

Lisa Freeman, Receptionist

Lisa and her husband, Andy, live here in Lake Worth. Their son, AJ, loves playing with their dogs (Jaxson, Chica, and Buttercup) and cats (Ghost and Marshmellow). Lisa is originally from Long Island and has been with our practice since 1999! Her newest addition to the house is and Eclectus named Scarlet.

 

Susan Delvecchio, Receptionist

Susan is originally from Long Island, N.Y. She resides in Lake Worth, with her 29# English bulldog named Tess, who runs the house, and Sprout, her little Brussels Griffon. She also has four turtles, Speedy, Big, Spinner, and Natasha. Her newest additions are Lucky and Bandit, two adult cats who have their own room for privacy from the two dog terrors. She loves her job.

 

Jaime Johnson, Technician

Jaime joined us in 2003! She has 2 dogs named Scooter and Roxie, a tortoise named Lil' One, and a Lovebird named Greenie (short for Green Goblin). Currently, Jaime is in school to be a human Phlebotomist (a nurse specializing in blood collection). Her son, Levi, was born in 2002 and they enjoy attending Boy Scouts, Soccer, and T-ball together.

 

Cari Noeth, Technician

Cari has been with our practice since 2005! She has 3 pit bulls at home: Diesel, Tank and Dixie. Cari has been with her boyfriend, Reed for 3 years. Currently, she is studying to be a Neonatal ICU Nurse - her work with our puppies and kittens will serve her well. In her spare time, she is a competitive barrel racer and places well.

 

Donna Nardiello, Groomer

Donna has been a groomer here for many years, and can make your dog or cat look and feel like a million bucks. She has a daughter named Arianna, a dog named Molly, and several cats. She has also rescued many kittens that we adopt out here at the hospital.

 

Sherrie Hoffman, Kennel Manager

Sherrie is an ABKA certified kennel manager. She joined our staff in 2008 and has made great improvements to our small, but very clean kennel. She has 5 children, 2 dogs and a cat and is a huge Steelers fan.

 

Teresa Hodges, Hospital Manager

Teresa has lived in Florida for many years and she and her husband Lenny share their home with dogs, cats, birds and a pig. She's a certified veterinary technician and has an unparalled way with animals. She's been in the veterinary business for over 15 years and enjoys her position as hospital manager at Lantana Atlantis Animal Hospital.

 

Elizabeth DeChant, Technician

Lizza is a recent graduate from Wake Forest University and has worked with as a tech for four years. She plans to attend veterinary school in the next year, hopefully at Ohio State. She fits well into overhead compartments, never wants to leave the beach, and falls in love with every puppy and kitten that comes her way. Lizza has two kittens, Cookie and Sundae, but plans to fulfill her lifelong dream of having a pony one day. In her spare time she enjoys biking, taking too many pictures, sketching, and anything that can be done outside in the sun.

 

Robert Fain, Technician

Robert is our newest addition. He has several years experience in animal care, and is very devoted to your pet's safety and well-being. He has a bassett hound named Wilson, and a three-legged cat named Ninja.
